*Starting January 2027* OCPD involves a preoccupation with order, details and rules, self-limiting perfectionism, inflexibility about morality and ethics, reluctance to delegate tasks, self-criticism and rigidity. This group is for those who are formally or self-diagnosed, or who believe they struggle with OCPD traits. Group members will read through "The Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder Workbooks: CBT Skills to Overcome Rigidity, Allow Imperfection, and Improve Your Relationships" by Anthony Pinto, PhD. Group will meet virtually for 8 sessions, every-other-Wednesday from 5pm-6:15pm, starting on January 20th, 2027. $60 per session, private pay.

*Starting January 2027* Connect and build community with others who understand the experience of living with anxiety or OCD. Find support, share insights and learn alongside others who get it. This is an ongoing online support group for individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and/or anxiety-related concerns. The group is designed to provide a supportive, structured space for connection, shared experiences, and psycho-education. Every-other-Tuesday from 5pm-6:15pm, starting January 19th, 2027. Therapist approach is informed by Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Inference-based CBT (ICBT). Limited to 10 members.

Find support, share insights and learn alongside others who get it. This is an 8-week online support group and book club focused on contamination & disgust-based OCD. We will meet every-other Tuesday from 5pm-6:15pm starting on January 12th, 2027. Guided exploration of the book The Contamination OCD Workbook: How to Break Free of Contamination Using a Mastery Approach by Richard S. Gallagher. Group is offered to clients in Oregon & Washington.
