This group is for those who are formally or self-diagnosed, or who believe they struggle with OCPD traits. Group members will read through "The Obsessive-Compulsive Personality Disorder Workbooks: CBT Skills to Overcome Rigidity, Allow Imperfection, and Improve Your Relationships" by Anthony Pinto, PhD. Group will meet virtually for 8 sessions, every-other-Wednesday from 5pm-6:15pm, starting on January 20th, 2027. $60 per session, private pay.

This is an ongoing online support group for individuals experiencing obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) and/or anxiety-related concerns. The group is designed to provide a supportive, structured space for connection, shared experiences, and psycho-education. Every-other-Tuesday from 5pm-6:15pm, starting January 19th, 2027. Therapist approach is informed by Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Inference-based CBT (ICBT). Limited to 10 members.
