**Group Clinical Supervision for CSWAs (Oregon)**

Now accepting up to four Clinical Social Work Associates (CSWAs) for a new virtual group clinical supervision cohort.
Possible Meeting Time: Monthly Tuesday 3pm-5pm (2 hours of group supervision/month)

This supportive and collaborative group is designed to help you strengthen your clinical skills, build confidence, and thoughtfully integrate theory into your work with clients. Together, we'll explore real-world clinical challenges while fostering ethical, competent, and authentic practice.

Topics include:

* Case consultation and clinical decision-making
* Therapy models and treatment approaches
* Assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
* Ethics, boundaries, and scope of practice
* Clinical documentation and professional standards
* Developing your clinical identity and values as a social worker
* Career development, private practice considerations, and licensure preparation

In addition to my work as a therapist and clinical supervisor, I bring extensive experience across crisis and acute mental health settings. My background includes serving on a mobile crisis team, working as a police co-responder, completing psychiatric assessments in the emergency department, and serving as a Civil Commitment Investigator in Oregon. This experience provides practical knowledge in crisis assessment, suicide risk evaluation, involuntary mental health holds, civil commitment processes, hospitalization criteria, and navigating higher levels of care. I enjoy helping associates build confidence in assessing risk, making sound clinical decisions, and understanding when and how to access appropriate community resources.

My supervision style is collaborative, reflective, and growth-oriented. I strive to create a space where associates feel comfortable asking questions, exploring uncertainty, and learning alongside peers. Group supervision offers the opportunity to gain diverse perspectives, deepen clinical thinking, and develop confidence through shared discussion and consultation.
