5NP Ear Acupuncture Drop-In Clinic - Tuesdays, October 13 - December 29

5NP Ear Acupuncture Drop-In is an in-person community wellness offering designed to provide a quiet, accessible space for rest, regulation, and connection.

The 5-Needle Protocol (5NP) uses five small acupuncture needles placed at specific points in each ear. Participants rest quietly together during the session. The protocol has been used in community and behavioral-health settings as a complementary approach to supporting relaxation, stress management, and overall wellbeing.

This is a drop-in offering rather than a therapy or support group. Participants do not need to talk, share personal experiences, or disclose why they are attending. People are welcome to attend once, occasionally, or as part of their regular wellness routine.

Sessions are provided in a shared community setting at Facing Giants in Eugene. No previous experience with acupuncture is necessary.

Sliding scale: $10–$30 per session.
