I offer evidenced based treatments for trauma and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, including Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Inference Based CBT (ICBT). Whether you're struggling with difficulty trusting yourself, obsessional doubt, or past trauma, my focus is to provide a supportive environment for healing and growth. I enjoy working with clients from a wide range of backgrounds with various concerns and presentations who are motivated to participate in therapy. I will ask you to practice strategies outside of session, in order to get the greatest benefit from therapy.

My work involves supporting individuals to recover from traumatic events, navigate obsessional doubt and to make important changes in their life. Most importantly, I have been given the privilege of witnessing tremendous growth and healing from clients. Their resilience and fortitude continues to amaze me and is truly one of the best parts of my job. My years of experience have taught me that people can move through horrific and almost unspeakable events and get to the other side. I honestly believe that leading a fulfilling life is possible for everyone. 

Additionally I work with anxiety, depression, life transitions, body focused repetitive behaviors (BFRB's), and obsessive compulsive personality disorder (OCPD). 

I provide support groups for anxiety & OCD, more information is available on my website. My practice is 100% virtual and I work with adults ages 18+. In September 2026 I will be on a planned leave from my practice, returning in January 2027.
