BIPoC Clinicians Group

Process your experience as a clinician working with BIPoC and non-POC clients. Open to all (licensed) clinicians who want to incorporate an anti-oppressive, liberatory, and decolonial lens in their case presentation/conceptualization, treatment, and relationship with clients.
- Living in between two (or more) cultures.
- Imposter syndrome, “professionalism”, and oppression.
- The toxic effects of feeling like the representative of your culture/community.
- Unlearning white/western cultural norms in mental health.
- Incorporating culturally appropriate healing practices with clients of your community.
- Cultural considerations while/when working with BIPoC and white clients and alongside white co-workers.
