Reaching out for help is never easy, but it’s so incredibly important! I am so glad you are here and I am honored for the opportunity to work with you towards your goals. I love every second I get to witness and experience what clients bring to therapy. As a mental health therapist, I work from a client centered, integrative approach. The body and mind are greatly connected and intertwined, which is why I believe in a holistic approach to mental health care. I am happy and honored to provide you with a safe and healing space for you to tell your story, set goals, and discover the person you were meant to be.
I hold a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Portland State University and am a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Oregon and Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor in the State of California. I specialize in anxiety, panic disorder, trauma and CPTSD, women's issues, and relationship counseling. I also operate a clinic of diverse providers, so if we are not the right fit, I will be able to match you with someone who is!
When you are ready to take that next step, I would love to connect with you for a first visit. I look forward to meeting you! If for some reason our schedules don't align, I will be happy to get you scheduled with another wonderful provider at my clinic! We have a wide variety of therapists with unique specialties and identities.
