Insurance
PacificSource is one of Oregon's largest locally-owned health insurers. Many Oregon therapists accept PacificSource commercial and Medicare plans, covering individual therapy, telehealth, and approaches like EMDR and DBT. (Lane County OHP members moved to Trillium on Feb 1, 2026.)
This coverage enables a broad range of Oregonians to seek therapy with reduced out-of-pocket costs. These therapists employ various evidence-based approaches, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), to address a spectrum of mental health concerns.

As of February 1, 2026, PacificSource is no longer the Oregon Health Plan (OHP) coordinated care organization (CCO) for Lane County. The Oregon Health Authority moved roughly 96,000 Lane County Oregon Health Plan members from PacificSource Community Solutions to Trillium Community Health Plan on February 1, 2026, after PacificSource chose not to renew its Lane County CCO contract, citing losses on state reimbursement. PacificSource still offers commercial and Medicare plans across Oregon and continues as a CCO in some other regions, so PacificSource commercial coverage is unaffected.
