My 14 years as a therapist has taught me that no matter how stuck you feel, it's never too late to change. Time and again, I’ve seen how hardship can lead to growth and transformation: It might open the door to asking for help. It can spark bold changes. It can bring clarity about what really matters to you. I’m here to walk alongside you through that process. I am experienced and confident in treating anxiety, OCD, relationship challenges, low self-worth, chronic illness burnout, sexual issues, childhood trauma, ADHD, existential/spiritual issues, parenting, addiction, and men's issues.
My approach is compassionate yet direct and results-oriented. I help clients clarify their values and goals, recognize patterns that keep them stuck, get out of survival mode, move past shame and blame, integrate trauma, improve habits and coping strategies, and pursue a fulfilling life: one with thriving relationships, purposeful direction, and fun.
I invite you to come as you are. Therapy is a space where there’s no need to perform or prove anything—in fact, please don’t! We begin with acceptance. Your job is to just show up and be honest. From there, we will bring together our heads and hearts to collaborate on your well-being. We'll work hard, but we might also have fun!
