Dr. Cydney Heims, MD

Dr. Cydney Heims is an Internal Medicine specialist with a sub-specialty in Addiction Medicine. She graduated with dual honors from the University of Chicago, in Anthropology and Latin American Studies. She then earned her Medical Degree (MD) from the Oregon Health & Science University (2012-2016), before doing an Internal Medicine residency at Providence Portland Medical Center (2016-2019). Dr. Heims went back to the Oregon Health & Science University for a fellowship in Addiction Medicine (2019-2020). She helped open the first methadone clinic on the Northern Oregon Coast during Covid (2020-2021), then established her own company (CWH LLC), which contracts with multiple treatment centers in the Portland area. She continues to do clinical and consult addiction medicine while living in the Gorge.
