About
I work with clients that are seeking to make changes in their lives but many have been stuck in some area of their lives due to habits or hurts that block their progress that were learned from their past and I work on slowing clients down with DBT and sometimes EMDR to process trauma and regulate their nervous system and looking at their past to see the things that influenced them and trained them in wrong ways old lies they told themselves about themselves that need to be changed through a CBT model.
