Accepting new patients across Oregon. I am a board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC, FNP-C) with more than fifteen years in psychiatry and family practice, and I see adults throughout Oregon by secure telehealth.

My work sits with the people medication alone has not reached: complex PTSD, anxiety, and treatment-resistant depression, especially when previous therapy or medication has not led to lasting relief. I combine unhurried medication management with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy and integration support, and I spend as much attention on the nervous system as on the prescription. My approach draws on parts work (IFS) and somatic practice, and I begin formal IFS Level 1 training in October 2026, with certification expected in December.

I am in network with most major Oregon plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Regence, Providence, Kaiser Permanente, TRICARE, and TriWest VA Community Care, with more in progress.

I also hold a license most prescribers do not. I am a licensed psilocybin facilitator in both Oregon and Colorado, which means I sit with adults through legal sessions inside each state's regulated program. Those are two separate licenses with two separate scopes, and I keep the line between them clear. During an administration session I am acting only as a facilitator: not diagnosing, not treating, not prescribing, and not practising on my clinical license, which is what Oregon's rules require. What the clinical training brings to the work is a read on the nervous system and a low threshold for saying when something belongs with a clinician instead.

A note on the two roles. My psychiatric practice and my facilitation work are separate licenses with separate scopes, and I keep them separate in practice.
