MycoMuse offers legal psilocybin facilitation and integration support for adults in Colorado and Oregon. Founder Maria (Masha) Steiner-Renoir is a licensed Natural Medicine Clinical Facilitator (NMCF) in both states, and her work centers on holding dedicated space for grounding, insight, and self-exploration. Her approach draws on her background as a board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC, FNP-C), bringing trauma-informed awareness and nervous system insight into non-prescriptive spaces.

Facilitation follows a carefully held arc: a complimentary 15-minute consultation, a 90-minute intake and eligibility review, a 50-minute preparation session, a facilitated journey of roughly six to seven hours at a licensed center, and a 50-minute integration session two to three days later. The complete experience is $2,500, private pay. Standalone integration sessions welcome any experience, recent or years old, wherever it happened.

The practice also offers holistic wellness consultations, wellness alignment support and planning, and nervous system regulation sessions, each grounded in the same whole-person approach. Every offering is available in English or Russian. Facilitation services are distinct from medical, psychiatric, and psychotherapy treatment and are provided within the scope of state facilitation regulations.
