MycoMuse is the integration and facilitation practice of Maria (Masha) Steiner-Renoir. Most of the work here is integration support: helping adults process, ground, and make practical sense of a non-ordinary experience after the fact.

MycoMuse works with adults 21 and over. Oregon and Colorado both limit their psilocybin programs to adults, and everything described on this page is an adult service.

Integration sessions are open to anyone, whatever the experience was, wherever it happened, and however long ago. People come after a ketamine course, after a legal session in a state program, after something that happened years ago abroad, after breathwork or a meditation retreat. Nothing is provided or administered in an integration session. It is a conversation, and the work is turning an insight into something that actually changes how a week goes.

Masha also holds facilitator licenses in Oregon and Colorado, the two states with regulated adult programs, and facilitates within them. Where that is part of the work, it follows a set arc: a complimentary 15-minute consultation, a 90-minute intake and eligibility review, a 50-minute preparation session, the session itself at a licensed center, and a 50-minute integration session two to three days later. That complete arc is $2,500, private pay. Standalone integration is priced separately.

Her background is as a board-certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC, FNP-C), and what that contributes here is judgment about fit. Part of an honest intake is being told when the answer is not yet, or when something belongs with a clinician first.

The practice also offers holistic wellness consultations, wellness alignment support and planning, and nervous system-informed coaching sessions. Every offering is available in English or Russian, and services are for adults 21 and older.
