MindMorph Holistic Psychiatry provides integrative, trauma-informed care for adults who want more than traditional medication management. Services combine evidence-based psychiatry with somatic, mindfulness-based, and psychedelic-informed approaches, including preparation and integration support for ketamine-assisted therapy. The focus is on regulating the nervous system and processing what sits underneath the symptoms, rather than on symptom control alone.

Care is led by Maria (Masha) Steiner-Renoir, PMHNP-BC, FNP-C, and delivered across Oregon by secure telehealth. Her work draws on parts work (Internal Family Systems) and somatic practice; she begins formal IFS Level 1 training in October 2026, with certification expected in December.

Conditions seen most often are treatment-resistant depression, major depressive disorder, PTSD and complex PTSD, anxiety disorders, and OCD.

On ketamine specifically, two different things get discussed under one word, and the difference is worth understanding. Spravato, the brand name for esketamine, is FDA-approved for treatment-resistant depression and is administered in a certified setting with at least two hours of monitoring afterward, which is also why insurance often covers it. Sublingual ketamine is prescribed off-label. Off-label prescribing is legal and routine throughout medicine, but it is a different regulatory category and coverage usually does not follow.

Practical details. In network with most major Oregon plans, including Aetna, Cigna, UnitedHealthcare, Regence, Providence, Kaiser Permanente, TRICARE, and TriWest VA Community Care, with more in progress. Superbills are available for out-of-network reimbursement, and HSA and FSA cards are accepted. Ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is self-pay. Sessions are available in English and Russian.
