My clients are sex workers, those struggling with eating disorders/disordered eating, and suffering from shame-based behaviors. Please note I only provide telehealth sessions for clients in OR, in person and telehealth in CA. I offer regular 53+ minute sessions and intensive sessions.

Mind and body connection is one of the main portals to gaining a deeper understanding of ourselves. I utilize Somatic Mindfulness to help support my clients build safety and connection to their bodies to support their healing and growth process.
