About Elizabeth
Hello! My name is Elizabeth and I work with individuals who are interested in building a deeper level of understanding of limiting beliefs held about themselves and the world that keep them from living the fully expansive lives they deserve. Slay your shame and get "unstuck." My clients are people who feel pressures to continue to achieve, feel controlled by guilt and shame, have a hard time saying "no", and feel stuck in a loop.
Please note I only provide telehealth sessions; I no longer live in OR. I offer regular 53+ minute sessions and intensive sessions for clients wanting to focus on shame-based fears. Please inquire about sliding scale rates.
