Whether you’re coming in as a couple or an individual, I work best with people who want more than just a place to vent. My style is pragmatic, collaborative, and focused on what actually works for you - helping you understand patterns, practice new skills, and create real change you can feel in your day-to-day life.
In couples counseling, I help partners cut through stuck dynamics and get to the heart of what's really going on. Together we will build connection tools that go beyond “talking it out” so you can repair trust, reduce conflict, and reconnect in ways that last. In individual therapy, I work with people who want to better understand themselves, break out of old cycles, and feel more grounded in their choices and relationships.
Clients often describe me as smart, down-to-earth, and genuine. I bring in approaches from Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic practices, and Narrative Therapy — but my priority is keeping therapy practical and relevant to your life.
