These providers use evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to support the unique mental health needs of the LGBTQ+ community. 17 therapists offer telehealth sessions, broadening access across Oregon, and 4 accept the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), providing low-cost or no-cost care to eligible individuals. 4 therapists offer sliding scale fees, making therapy more accessible to those with limited income.
