Hello, I'm Liza. I specialize in women’s health, ADHD, anxiety, grief, and depression and feel passionate about supporting women along the path of healing and growth. I also enjoy working with couples and families to improve dynamics and establish more fulfilling relationships. I believe in a systemic and holistic view of people, relationships and health. I also integrate mindfulness and body-based/somatic practices into sessions. My priority is to provide a safe and comfortable space for you to identify and work on your therapeutic goals. I aim to make therapy a client-led process and adaptive to your evolving needs.
In a typical therapy session we may: Engage in techniques to regulate your nervous system to cultivate a calmer more grounded experience; Learn from emotions and emotional experiences; Practice identifying and disengaging from unhelpful thoughts; Explore the various parts of yourself; Untangle communication dynamics; & Increase awareness and intuition.
Desired changes begin to happen as clients experience themselves and others in new ways. Many clients find that these new experiences compound in a positive way to create satisfying and positive long-term transformation.
