About Liam

Hi, My name is Liam Shannon (He/Him). I am a licensed professional counselor dedicated to helping people feel less overwhelmed and controlled by their emotions. I received my masters degree in mental health counseling from Lewis & Clark in 2018. Over the past 6 years, I have provided counseling to a wide variety of clients, including those experiencing difficulty regulating emotions, chronic suicidal ideation, trauma, depression, and anxiety. I take an integrative approach to counseling, often drawing on my background in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing.
