Too often, our neurodiverse community members are not able to find a therapist with the right training and skills to meet their unique needs. The mission of my practice is to provide neuro-affirming services to my clients, as well as their families and caregivers. For over 12 years, it has been my privilege to specialize in supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD), autism, ADHD, and other forms of neurodiversity. And I am always happy to work with any other clients in need of support.
My approach centers the importance of a strong and secure therapeutic relationship. I use a variety evidenced-based techniques, while also striving to foster a casual and person-centered environment. My goal is to give you the tools to manage anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, caregiver challenges, and other mental health issues.
Navigating the mental health care system can be daunting, especially for those faced with unique barriers. I am here to support you and be your advocate. Let's work together to achieve your goals!
