Maybe you have already been to therapy, yet past experiences still continue to affect how you feel, relate to others, and move through daily life. You may notice yourself feeling tense, emotionally activated, or burdened by memories that are hard to let go of. At times, it may feel difficult to trust yourself, feel secure, or stay connected to the present. You do not have to work through this by yourself. I help clients build emotional stability, increase self-trust, and feel more grounded. My primary areas of focus include childhood trauma and anxiety, and I also have extensive experience supporting people with depression, attachment wounds, life transitions, emotion regulation difficulties, and related concerns.
I offer a warm, supportive space where you can process what you have been through and begin to reconnect with yourself in a safer, more compassionate way. My work combines EMDR, mindfulness-based practices, somatic approaches, and self-compassion to support healing emotionally and physically. Together, we will focus on creating a greater sense of safety, strengthening your capacity to cope, and helping you move toward the life you want for yourself.
You deserve to feel steadier, more empowered, and more at ease in your own life. In therapy, my aim is to help you heal old wounds, live in greater alignment with your values, and develop tools to manage symptoms while building a more secure sense of self. I will support you throughout the process while also encouraging meaningful growth and change.
