LCSW
I work with adults age 18 and older who are seeking deeper self-understanding, healing, and meaningful change. Many of the people I support are navigating anxiety, depression, identity questions, major life transitions, relationship challenges, grief, unresolved trauma, or the lasting effects of difficult early attachment experiences. I also work with individuals whose stress or emotional pain is shaped by experiences of marginalization, including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, women, and immigrants.
My style is client-centered, trauma-informed, and grounded in each person’s strengths. I draw from a range of evidence-based and relational approaches, including identity-focused work, supportive and empathic listening, boundary and empowerment work, coping and interpersonal skills, ACT, CBT, solution-focused therapy, EMDR, grief counseling, and psychoeducation. I tailor therapy to each client’s needs, goals, and pace.
In our work together, I bring warmth, humility, curiosity, and humor. My perspective is informed both by professional training and by lived experience as a gender-queer feminist, trauma survivor, and advocate for diversity and social justice. While I am not religious, I value connection, presence, and healing in everyday life through nature, creativity, movement, nourishment, and time with loved ones.
