Mackenzie Phelps
Accepting new clientsAbout Mackenzie
Accepting NEW Clients in person and via telehealth! Supporting adolescents, adults, families, and LGBTQIA+ clients navigating anxiety, identity exploration, communication challenges, and life transitions while building resilience and deeper self-understanding. If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about how to move forward, therapy can provide space to slow down, reflect, and begin making meaningful change. I often support clients with concerns such as stress and anxiety, self-esteem, empowerment, and the intersection of faith and spirituality with mental health. My approach is integrative and tailored to each person’s unique needs. I draw from acceptance & commitment therapy, family systems perspectives, mindfulness, and other expressive modalities. I strive to create a space that feels safe, collaborative, and affirming, where clients can explore identity, deepen insight, navigate transitions, and build resilience. If you are considering therapy, I welcome the opportunity to connect with you. Beginning this process can feel vulnerable, and it matters that the fit feels right. Please feel free to reach out for a brief consultation to explore whether working together feels like the right fit.
