You're feeling overwhelmed. You're carrying generational trauma. You have family of origin trauma to unpack. Your emotional reactions feel reactive and uncontrollable. Defenses feel high. Stress has left you in a state of “survival mode” and you are wanting to slow down & cope. I often work with clients who have experiences with Complex Trauma (C-PTSD). I support you in understanding your reactions and exploring coping strategies that feel more supportive to you now and as you grow and adapt. I focus on trauma, abuse, dysfunctional relationship patterns, identity, self-worth, anxiety, depression, body-image and burnout.

My style is relational, showing up to collaboratively create a connection that is full of trust & authenticity. I bring humor & radical compassion. My approach is strength based, knowing that you inherently hold wisdom and the capacity for growth & healing. I am client-centered, centering you and your goals & autonomy. I'm biracial, Latina and liberationist.
