You may seem OK on the outside, but on the inside, your mind rarely slows down. There is constant mental noise: second-guessing yourself and others, constant “what ifs?”, fear of failure, or thoughts that feel intrusive and hard to dismiss. Anxiety can be subtle or overwhelming, but over time it begins to dictate choices, routines, and even your sense of self. Left unchecked, it becomes exhausting, convincing, and relentless.

I specialize in treating anxiety, including OCD. Using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), we focus on changing your relationship with anxiety and other uncomfortable feelings. That might mean gradually addressing avoidance tendencies, reducing compulsions, building tolerance for uncertainty, or changing how you respond to intrusive thoughts. My approach is active, practical, and collaborative. We don’t just analyze feelings - we work with them directly.

I also enjoy working with ADHD, especially when anxiety and executive functioning challenges overlap. When things always feel harder than they “should” be, we focus on reducing shame, building sustainable systems, and increasing consistency. Over time, you can learn to build real trust in your ability to handle what’s in front of you.

My approach blends evidence-based treatment with warmth, humor, and a clear plan. Anxiety is part of being human, but with the right support, you can build the skills to live life on your terms.
