About Danielle
I am Danielle Strouse, a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor. I specialize in working with women entering a new phase of life who struggle with feeling overwhelmed, unsure, or like they're falling behind. This includes the overwhelming anxiety of new motherhood, the self-doubt that comes with stepping into adulthood, or the general pressure of major life transitions. I provide a warm, down-to-earth, and supportive space where we directly address the anxiety, perfectionism, and self-doubt that often accompany these shifts. I help you find your footing using relational work and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
