Shannon White is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Oregon-approved supervisor who provides therapy for individuals, couples, and families. She specializes in working from a systemic and relational lens, helping clients understand how patterns, relationships, and life experiences shape emotional wellbeing.
Shannon supports clients navigating anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and family conflict. She is particularly passionate about helping individuals and families move out of reactive cycles and into more intentional, connected ways of relating. Her approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in creating a space where clients feel both supported and gently challenged.
Her clinical work integrates evidence-based and experiential modalities, including EMDR, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and the Gottman Method. She also incorporates elements of depth-oriented work, including family-of-origin exploration and sand tray therapy, to support deeper insight and lasting change.
As a supervisor, Shannon is dedicated to training and mentoring emerging clinicians, with a focus on strong case conceptualization, ethical practice, and developing each therapist’s authentic clinical voice.
Shannon offers both in-person sessions in Corvallis, Oregon, and telehealth services throughout the state. She works with clients ages 18 and older.
