I am a Queer and Disabled Social Work Associate working with Adults. I am passionate about strengths-based approaches to navigating mental health and healing. I believe that each person already possesses the tools they need and I am truly honored to be part of rich therapeutic relationships which bring those to the surface.
My therapeutic approach will vary from client to client depending on individual need and unique lived experience. I often utilize Acceptance and Commitment, Narrative, Trauma Focused, and Feminist Therapies. I am also trained in Compassion Focused Therapy, CBT, and Motivational Interviewing. My experience is primarily with adults.
My educational, professional, and personal journeys have centered around issues of social justice, disability and chronic illness, TBI, substance use/abuse, healing trauma, kink & sex-positive therapies, and LGBTQIA experiences.
