My primary goal as a therapist is to help clients reconnect with their most authentic selves, which often gets silenced or pushed aside by past wounds. I offer a warm, welcoming space where you can explore how your lived experiences have shaped who you are, cultivate safety within your body and relationships, and build resilience and inner strength to navigate life’s ebbs and flows.
My ideal clients are young adults and BIPOC individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, identity concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions.
I integrate relational-cultural therapy, attachment-based therapy, person-centered therapy, ACT, and CBT approaches. I utilize a trauma-informed lens that helps me understand how overwhelming experiences or not receiving enough of what you needed emotionally or relationally can shape the way you think, see yourself, relate to others, and navigate the world around you. We can explore how these patterns may show up in your self-worth, relationships, and ways of coping.
