On the outside, you might say, “I’m fine, everything is fine,” but on the inside, you don't feel "fine" at all. Your mind won’t slow down, your body stays tense, and you’re exhausted from overthinking, masking, or trying to keep it together. Anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, or something else has you feeling stuck, trapped, frustrated, or completely disconnected from your true self.
I offer a warm, trauma-informed space where you don’t have to have it all figured out. My approach is collaborative, person-centered, and paced with respect for you. Together, we focus on helping your nervous system feel more settled, your emotions feel more manageable, and your sense of self feel more grounded and whole.
At Alexander Counseling Center, I offer online talk therapy and EMDR for teens and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, and more. You don’t have to keep white-knuckling your way through life - I'm here to help!
