Healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I believe therapy is most effective when it is built on trust, compassion, and collaboration. I work with adults and couples, providing a safe, culturally responsive environment where you can explore life's challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
As a bilingual Professional Counselor Associate, I provide counseling in both English and Spanish. I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive care by integrating EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and other evidence-based approaches. My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in your goals, strengths, and lived experiences to foster insight, resilience, and growth.
I work with adults and couples navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, cultural stress, substance use and co-occurring concerns, and major life transitions. Together, we'll build practical coping skills, strengthen resilience, and help you move toward greater confidence, connection, and well-being. For clients who desire it, I also thoughtfully incorporate Christian counseling, biblical principles, and prayer into the therapeutic process.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and hope.
