Accepting new clientsAbout Wendy
Healing begins with feeling genuinely seen, heard, and understood. I believe therapy is most effective when it is built on trust, compassion, and collaboration. My goal is to provide a safe, supportive space where you can explore life's challenges, discover your strengths, and move toward meaningful change at your own pace.
As a bilingual Professional Counselor Associate, I provide counseling in both English and Spanish and strive to offer culturally responsive, trauma-informed care for adults and couples. I integrate evidence-based approaches such as EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Narrative Therapy, tailoring treatment to your unique needs, values, and goals.
Whether you are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, life transitions, or cultural stressors, we will work together to help you build resilience, develop practical coping skills, and create lasting change. For clients who desire it, I am also happy to thoughtfully incorporate Christian counseling, biblical principles, and prayer into the therapeutic process.
I look forward to walking alongside you on your journey toward healing and hope.
