She has a collaborative, strengths-based, and humanistic approach. There are many ways of healing, and Anna keeps an open, curious mind about how that can look differently for people relative to what challenges and nurtures them. Whatever stage of life you are in, Anna is looking forward to joining you and having a nuanced, experiential, and perspective-sharing approach.
Having been a part of serving Oregon residents for over 7 years, Anna has a focus on learning what is most important to you rather than deciding what that should be. You are the expert on your life while Anna is focused on the process to get you closer to what's important to you in an integrated way as it intersects with the various areas of your life.
