As of April 2026, Oregon Counselor Directory lists 16 therapists specializing in body positivity across Oregon. These professionals focus on promoting self-acceptance, challenging societal norms, and fostering a positive relationship with one's body. Out of these, 9 offer telehealth sessions, expanding access to residents across Oregon, including those in remote areas. Four of the therapists accept Oregon Health Plan (OHP), Oregon's Medicaid program, providing a potential low-cost option for eligible individuals. Additionally, 3 therapists provide sliding scale fees, accommodating clients with varying financial circumstances. All 16 therapists are currently accepting new clients, and 14 offer in-person sessions.
