About Ashley
I offer in-person psychotherapy sessions in Salem, OR, and can offer telehealth appointments in the state of Oregon.
My guiding belief is that symptoms have meaning, and that the opportunity for change arrises once we understand and honor that meaning. I work with children, adolescents, and adults in insight-focused, depth therapy. Through conversation, play, and/or artistic exploration, we will work to understand you (or your child) in a deep, meaningful way that facilitates growth and transformation. My models of intervention are primarily rooted in psychodynamic/psychoanalytic, Gestalt, and humanistic therapy approaches.
My current fee is $165 per 45-minute session.
While I am not paneled with any insurance companies, I am happy to provide monthly superbills for those wishing to use out-of-network benefts. I also partner with Mentaya, a service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits.
