Finding the right therapist matters. I believe the client–therapist relationship is the foundation of effective treatment, and I take your experience seriously. I work with adults and children who feel overwhelmed by medical issues, chronic pain, reproductive or women’s health concerns, infertility, autism, ADHD, identity stress, or major life transitions. I specialize in medical trauma, chronic illness, and reproductive and women’s health challenges. I also provide LGBTQ+ therapy and support for individuals with ADHD and autism in a respectful, collaborative space. My approach is solution-focused and whole-person. Together, we look at what isn’t working, identify your existing strengths, and develop practical, realistic steps forward. I integrate attention to mind, body, and lived experience so therapy feels useful and aligned with your real life. I believe change is possible, even when circumstances feel heavy or unfair. Therapy with me is collaborative, focused, and tailored to your needs, with the goal of helping you feel more steady, supported, and capable of moving forward.
