I’m a licensed professional counselor and military veteran who works with adults carrying trauma, relationship stress, identity concerns, grief, burnout, and the weight of having held too much for too long. My style is direct, relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in real life. I work especially well with veterans, first responders, LGBTQIA+ clients, neurodivergent adults, and people whose lives or relationships do not fit neatly into traditional boxes.
Therapy with me is collaborative. I am not here to take over your life or hand you generic coping skills and send you on your way. My role is to help you understand the patterns, pressures, relationships, and experiences shaping where you are now, and work with you toward something that feels more sustainable.
I provide telehealth psychotherapy to adults throughout Oregon through Dark Waters Therapy.
