This taught me to keep people I work with motivated and accountable so they have a better opportunity to achieve their mental health goals. I work from a diverse background, with experience in anxiety, depression, bipolar, Whole Systems Design holistic care, interfaith spirituality, LGBTQ+ affirming care, transgender psychiatric care, self-harm, & trauma-informed care.
