My goal is to help you make sense of the internal reactions and protective patterns that shape your day-to-day life, and to support you in moving toward a more connected, confident, and regulated version of yourself.
I integrate IFS, ACT, and other modalities to help you understand the “parts” of you that show up in stress, anxiety, or conflict and the values that guide your healing. We’ll work together to develop a deeper relationship with your internal parts while building practical tools for grounding, emotional regulation, and meaningful change.
Navigating your inner world—and the world around you—can feel complex, especially if you haven’t always had spaces where your feelings were met with care. Together, we’ll work to understand the stories and sensations shaping your present and create new ways forward that help you feel more connected, confident, and supported.
