We are an NBCC-approved continuing education provider (ACEP No. 7579) offering professional development for licensed mental health counselors, therapists, and Oregon Psilocybin Services facilitators.

What We Offer

Psychedelic Affirming Education courses are designed to meet you where practice is actually heading — at the intersection of psychedelic-assisted therapy, harm reduction, and integrative mental health care. Our curriculum is grounded in clinical evidence, regulatory awareness, and the realities of Oregon's pioneering legal landscape.

Who We Serve

Our courses are developed for licensed mental health professionals — LPCs, LMFTs, LCSWs, psychologists, and counseling interns — as well as OPS facilitators seeking quality CE that reflects the specificity of psychedelic-assisted work. All NBCC-approved courses qualify for home-study CE credit toward Oregon license renewal.

About the Founder

Psychedelic Affirming Education was founded by Peter H. Addy, PhD, LPC, a Portland-based licensed psychotherapist with research experience in psychedelic science at Yale School of Medicine. He brings clinical depth, regulatory fluency, and a commitment to accessible, affirming education for practitioners working at the frontier of mental health care.
