Shanti Recovery & Wellness has provided psychiatric-led addiction and mental health care in Portland since 2014. We treat the whole person, because for most people substance use and mental health are deeply connected, and lasting recovery means addressing both at once.
Our team of physicians and psychiatric nurse practitioners provides thorough evaluation, medication management, MAT and Suboxone, TMS therapy, and dual-diagnosis care for co-occurring conditions. We offer both in-person and telehealth visits so consistent care never depends on your circumstances.
