About This Practice
Shanti Recovery & Wellness has provided psychiatric-led addiction and mental health care in Portland since 2014. We treat the whole person, because for most people substance use and mental health are deeply connected, and lasting recovery means addressing both at once.
As a dual-diagnosis practice with psychiatric oversight at its core, every patient begins with a thorough evaluation and a treatment plan built from scratch. No assumptions, no one-size-fits-all programs, and no judgment. Our team is Oregon-based, and we offer both in-person and telehealth visits so consistent care never depends on your circumstances.
Care we provide:
- Adult and adolescent psychiatry for depression, anxiety, PTSD, and mood disorders
- Medication-assisted treatment (MAT) and Suboxone for opioid and alcohol use disorders
- TMS therapy for treatment-resistant depression
