About Liesl

I utilize EMDR, CFT, and Parts Work psychotherapy to help clients make peace with the impact of trauma and life transitions. One of the most unifying truths is that all sentient beings long to live their lives in relative peace and safety. For many of us, however, this is elusive. Past experiences, exposure to violence, health concerns, and feelings of isolation because of unsupportive social norms or a lack of caring relationships can make realizing our desired life impossible. Counseling is an avenue for exploration, clarity in values and desires, and a safe place of committed support. Together, we can find and strengthen your innate ability to move beyond obstacles and connect with your inherent wholeness.
