Nicolette Filipek works with teens, adults, and couples, and provides affirming care for the LGBTQIA2S+ community. Sessions are collaborative and grounded in relational-cultural and person-centered theory, with somatic techniques woven in for clients whose stress lives in the body.
Nicolette is completing a master's in clinical mental health counseling at Oregon State University Cascades and practices under licensed supervision, which keeps session costs accessible without cutting corners on care.
Bilingual in English and Polish, Nicolette sees clients in person in Bend or by video across Oregon.
