I am a licensed clinical counselor providing structured, trauma-informed therapy and comprehensive clinical evaluations for adults navigating complex trauma, co-occurring mental health conditions, and substance use concerns. My work emphasizes evidence-based treatment planning tailored to each individual’s clinical needs and long-term goals.
My therapeutic framework integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, Motivational Interviewing (MI), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). Treatment is collaborative, structured, and grounded in measurable progress toward clearly defined clinical outcomes.
I work with adults experiencing complex trauma and PTSD, anxiety and emotional regulation challenges, substance use and recovery concerns, and identity development, including gender-affirming care. Care is individualized and developed in partnership, with clear direction and accountability throughout the process.
I provide comprehensive clinical evaluations for diagnostic clarification, formal treatment recommendations, and documentation for medical, occupational, and legal contexts.
I also bring lived experience in addiction and recovery, which enhances my ability to understand the realities of change and long-term stabilization while maintaining strong clinical boundaries and professional standards.
