I’m a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who works with children, teens, and adults navigating autism, ADHD, and the emotional challenges that often come with it. I also support parents who feel overwhelmed, burnt out, or unsure how to best support their child while managing their own needs.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each individual. I help clients better understand how their brain works, build emotional regulation and coping skills, and improve relationships in a way that feels realistic and sustainable, not forced.
As both a clinician and a parent, I understand how exhausting it can be to feel like you’re constantly trying to “figure things out.” You don’t have to do that alone. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that actually work in real life.
I offer support with emotional regulation, sensory overwhelm, executive functioning, parent coaching, and relationship dynamics within neurodivergent individuals.
My services are designed for individuals and families seeking personalized, specialized support beyond a one-size-fits-all approach.
