I believe that healing begins when we feel safe enough to be our most authentic selves. With warmth, curiosity, and deep care, I offer a grounded space for you to slow down, reconnect with your inner experiences, and gently explore what’s keeping you feeling stuck.
I support adults navigating anxiety, life transitions, grief, and trauma, as well as those wrestling with self-worth or relationship challenges. I’m especially drawn to working with people in the midst of life transitions or mid-life, those exploring neurodivergence, and anyone curious about how early life experiences may be shaping their present-day lives.
My work is relational, somatic, and trauma-informed, rooted in the belief that lasting change happens through compassionate connection to ourselves, to others, and to the present moment. I integrate Brainspotting, mindfulness, self-compassion, and body-based tools to help clients understand not just what they think, but how they feel and experience life in their bodies.
