I am experienced with concerns like anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and many more. During our work together, we will collaborate to customize it towards your wants and growth. My aim is to make the experience of therapy useful, meaningful, and worthwhile for you.
I offer Sport Psychology skills for athletics, performing arts, school, and/or the workplace. We can work on aspects of confidence, focus, motivation, and more. I also specialize with identity-based work, including Race, LGBTQ+, Ability Status, and more.
