About Dr.
I enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages that are trying to make changes in their life. My approach begins with warmth, a touch of humor, and getting to know you and your goals. I am experienced with concerns like anxiety, depression, relationships, life transitions, and many more. During our work together, we will collaborate to customize it towards your wants and growth. My aim is to make the experience of therapy useful, meaningful, and worthwhile for you.
I offer Sport Psychology skills for athletics, performing arts, school, and/or the workplace. We can work on aspects of confidence, focus, motivation, and more. I also specialize with identity-based work, including Race, LGBTQ+, Ability Status, and more.
I aim to make our space genuine and productive - via empowering you towards what's authentic and important for you. I enjoy being a part of many journeys of growth, healing, and achievement. I hope to hear from you, and explore if us working together is a good fit.
