About Colleen
I’m an AASECT Certified Sex Therapist helping people develop new ways of relating to others, build fulfilling connections, and explore pleasure with authenticity. With grace and compassion, I support clients navigating long-standing and complex issues related to relationships, intimacy, and sex. As a queer therapist myself, I embrace and celebrate unique identities, desires and relationship structures of each individual. I work from a lens of social justice, inclusion and pleasure activism. My therapeutic approach is holistic, considering the interconnectedness of physical, emotional and relational well-being.
I specialize in treating those seeking guidance and support for intimacy concerns, low desire/desire discrepancy, lack of sexual interest/pleasure, erectile dysfunction, kink/BDSM, difficulty w/ orgasm & arousal, sex related pain, sexual issues due to anxiety/depression, sexual trauma, gender/sexual identity exploration, conflict & communication breakdowns.
Everyone deserves to have healthy & fulfilling sexual lives and relationships. Let's create the foundation together so you can open yourself to the many facets of pleasure. I am licensed to practice in Oregon, Washington, Idaho and New York. Find out more about me, my services, and my team at the Northwest Institute for Psychotherapy and Sexuality.

I work with clients who feel like they don’t quite fit, who are questioning who they are, pushing against expectations, or tired of holding it all together. If you’re feeling anxious, disconnected, or unsure where you belong, therapy can be a place to figure that out without judgment.…
