About Annaliese
Feeling disconnected? Stuck? Disempowered? I get it- and I want to help. Through our work together, I hope to guide you in reconnecting to your true self, your values, your loved ones, and the world around you. I often do relationship therapy around issues including sex and intimacy, communication issues, reconnection, imbalances in relational responsibility/load, and relationship or life transitions. I also work with individuals and adult families on issues such as anxiety, navigating conflict, depression, and life transitions.
I draw from a variety of modalities, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). My therapeutic style is compassionate, collaborative, and non-judgmental. With humble curiosity, I aim to understand how contexts like culture, oppression, and family of origin impact you and your relationships.
Starting therapy is a big first step. No matter where you are in your journey of healing, I am honored to meet you where you're at and offer my wholehearted support. Feel free to call or email me to schedule a free 15 minute video consultation to see if we are a good fit. I look forward to hearing from you!
