About Christy
I work with individuals and couples to help them discover their greatest assets and work through areas of growth in a compassionate manner. Clients come to me for deeper understanding of themselves. Often, the process involved is about looking at all of the puzzle pieces and fitting them together to create more clarity and expansion. In couples work, I offer couples assessments to gain perspective on issues as well as workbooks and tools for conflict resolution and better communication. I am accepting clients for ketamine assisted psychotherapy (KAP) both in person and online. I offer small group and 1:1 KAP sessions.
Mindfulness, compassion, and curiosity are some of my guiding values. We have parts of us that have gone unrecognized for most of our lives. I utilize Internal Family Systems, or “parts work”, to discover these parts in a curious manner while cultivating compassion for ourselves. I am an EFT, Reiki, and Yoga practitioner, also.
When working with clients, I take into account personal experience, background, family relationships, society and cultural experiences so that we may look at the process through a broad and close lens. Together, we will co-create a space that feels safe, healing, and nurturing. We will look at current challenges and work towards desired outcomes.
