About Willamette

I have experience working with adults who struggle with the effects of trauma, depression, anxiety, codependency, addiction, low self esteem, abuse, mood and personality disorders. Our approach to counseling is to walk alongside you in your journey towards wellness. Our main goal is to assist you in developing insight, discovering who you want to be, as well as change the behaviors that keep you from reaching your goals. We provide guidance and understanding but most importantly we provide a safe, trustworthy and loving environment.
